At Savvenart, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality products and a transparent customer experience. Due to the hygienic nature of contact lenses, all returns and refunds are subject to the policy below.

Return & Refund Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, based on the delivery date shown in the tracking information.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unopened and unused
  • Sealed in the original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase or order confirmation

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used contact lenses cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Please inspect your order carefully before opening any sealed products.

Non-Returnable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used contact lenses
  • Broken or removed product seals
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Returns requested after the 14-day return window
  • Orders refused after shipment
  • Personal preference-related reasons, including dissatisfaction with color appearance, graphic effect, or other subjective expectations
  • Incorrect product selections made by the customer, including lens parameters or prescription-related choices

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before shipment confirmation.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Our Support Team

Include your order number and reason for the return request.

Please do not send products back to the shipping address shown on the package. Our customer support team will provide the correct return address after your request is reviewed and approved.

Step 2: Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by:

  • A defective item
  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item received

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Savvenart is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Step 3: Provide Tracking Information

After shipping your return package, please provide the return tracking number and tracking website to our support team for confirmation.

United States Orders

Our return and refund policy officially applies to orders shipped within the United States.

At this time, return support for orders outside the United States may vary depending on destination country and shipping conditions.

Customers outside the United States are encouraged to contact our customer support team before requesting a return or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After verification, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to the customer.

Refund Processing

Refunds are only issued after returned items have been received and inspected by our team.

Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first contact your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not offer direct product exchanges.

If eligible, customers may return an unopened item and place a new order separately.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications, lens parameters, prescription information, and product selections carefully before opening any sealed items.
