For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged. Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be eligible for return according to our current return policy. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact customer service before opening the product and provide your order number and clear photos.

Always follow the replacement schedule shown on the product page. Daily lenses are for single use and should be discarded after removal. Monthly and 6-month lenses must be removed before sleeping, cleaned and disinfected after every use, stored in fresh contact lens solution, and replaced on schedule. Never share lenses, rinse them with tap water, or wear them while swimming or showering. Stop wearing the lenses and consult an eye-care professional if you experience redness, discomfort, irritation, or blurred vision.
